We highly recommend Best Pool Cleaning Company. We used to do our own maintenance, and we were having a hard time keeping algae and debris out of the pool. We are so pleased to now have Alex as he has done amazing work in getting our pool sparkling clean again. Our water chemistry was out of balance and the stabilizer levels were off the charts. Alex has been a tremendous help in getting our pool back to its original glory. He is meticulous with his approach to pool chemistry and equipment maintenance, and he takes great pride in making sure his customers are extremely satisfied. Alex and team are beyond AMAZING! I have used several pool services who tell me a monthly price and then I get a bill for 3 or 4 times over. They always have attributed the massive overage to chemicals etc... which I can never verify. Alex gave me a comparable price that INCLUDED the chemicals thus I know for sure what my bill will be every month and the pool always looks incredible. Best Pool Cleaning Company has serviced our hot tub 2 times now and we are extremely happy. They are thorough, responsive and super knowledgable! We recently purchased a home with a pool and had zero experience with pool maintenance. I reached out to several companies for a "pool school" session, but most were charging upwards of $250. Then I contacted Alex with Best Pool Cleaning Company, and from the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful. Alex offered to come out and walk us through our pool system at no cost. He showed up on the day of a cold front, spent an hour (in the rain!) patiently explaining our pool pump system step by step, and gave me a thorough rundown of how to maintain it properly. He answered all my questions and provided valuable advice that gave me confidence in handling our pool. The next morning, we had an issue due to the weather, so I called Alex again. He walked me through troubleshooting over FaceTime, and when that didn’t resolve the problem, he personally came back over (in 20 degree weather) to get our system up and running again. On top of that, he followed up the next morning to ensure everything was still working smoothly. I can’t say enough great things about Alex and Best Pool Cleaning Company. Even after all his time and effort, he still didn’t want to charge us. His customer service, knowledge, and dedication are truly top-notch.
